We are looking for active, perceptive and open-minded people from all fields who understand that it is not important what they will hear and keep for themselves, but how they will use all those thoughts.

TEDxBratislava is the result of the work of independent individuals whose passion for “ideas worth spreading” drove them to put in their time, energy and talent. Meeting people who are interested in TED and TEDxBratislava charges you with energy and ideas. TEDxBratislava is a source of inspiration and life optimism rising from the belief and evidence that this world is full of skilful people who have the strength to try and change the unchangable. People of different characters, occupations and interests have met in the TEDxBratislava team. There are skilled translators, interpreters, students, communication experts, university teachers, consultants, fathers, mothers, travelers, as well as active layabouts. Each of them has a different motivation why they’re helping organize TEDxBratislava, but all of them are doing their best so that the result will be worth it and that it will please and inspire the participants.

TEDxBratislava 2012 will give space to inspiring people from Slovakia and abroad, people who are unique in their thinking, acting, their talent and potential. TEDxBratislava is a celebration of creativity, ideas worth spreading, innovations and open-mindedness. It would not be possible to create such space for the spreading of thoughts and inspiration without the support of wise companies, the contribution of many supporters and an engagement of volunteers.
